Cancellation Policy

All services must be booked in advance. A payment or deposit may be required to secure your spot. Consultations must be scheduled through the booking system and confirmed before the meeting. Cancellation Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or require a new booking. Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late Policy If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled depending on availability. Waitlist Policy If a time slot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be notified and offered the spot on a first-come, first-served basis.
